Will Coaching Help You?
Coaching is a powerful tool for changing your life. Whether it's
being heard at work or in your family, or making hard decisions, coaching is a supportive environment that helps you explore
what you really want and work toward it.
Coaching helps you gain perspective, supports you in making choices,
and encourages exploration of new goals and ideas. Part of the success of coaching is moving steadily toward a goal,
reaching it, and choosing a new goal. Quinn's job is to keep a client in action and to help them move out of their comfort
zone without fear.
When Is the Best Time for Coaching?
Many people think that they should wait for their life to settle down before they start
coaching. Quinn has been trained in coaching 'in the middle of everything' because most people don't have too many perfect
times to negotiate change. It's in the rushed, panicked, fearful times that coaching can be a saving GPS system for you.
How Does Coaching Work?
Quinn has structured her coaching sessions to be useful and convenient. As
a certified creativity coach and life coach who guides you through re-invention or self-discovery, she offeres different
approaches.
Coaching works:
- Three times a month, during
a 1-hour phone call
- During a once-in-a-while check-in for previous clients
- When you do your assignments and think about your
session
- During emails or quick check-in calls
- When you put your learning to the test
Convenient Location, Times and Payment

- Coaching is tax deductible as an education expense.
- Pay with a credit cards or check.

- A one-hour occasional coach costs $100
Location: You can be anywhere. Coaching on the phone

an obstacle. Below is a link to figure out time zones. Start with your location. I'm in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
Try a free sample session. Call 286-6220 (Area code 480) to schedule your 30-minute free
session. Not a demonstration or a pitch, this 30-minute free coaching session starts with the issues that you want to be coached
on. It's a real coaching session.
At the end, we will decide on an appropriate challenge as "homework." You'll ask
any questions you have on coaching. There is no pressure and I won't sign you up after the coaching sample. You'll
have time to think it through before you start.
