Quinn's experience at international corporations, including United Technologies and T. Rowe Price,
as well as travel to China, Singapore, Australia and Europe have given her a cross-cultural background in how adults learn,

Training Course Topics
Writing for the Web. Moving copy from print-
to Web applications can be confusing. Web writing has to match the different way people read anduse the Web. This 2-day
course concentrates on writing, information design, links, and repurposing print to Web.
Writing and Giving Powerful Presentations. Whether we speak up in staff meetings or
deliver a lecture to a large group, we need the skills to talking to others--to persuade, inform and explain. Learn how
to develop a presentation, choose the best way to deliver it, and speak with confidence whether the audience is your boss,
a client, or a roomful of CEOs.
Business Emails, letters, reports and summaries. Every employee
uses them, few know how to make them effective. A confused message with no clear objective delivered in the
wrong way spells disaster. Avoid message re-calls, clarifications and embarrassment by getting it right the first time. This
course helps focus on the best way to deliver a message to a specific audience.
Writing Well. Communication begins with simple, direct,concise writing. This course
starts with the basics--brainstorming a topic--and then shows you how to develop your idea, support your points and write
and edit a clear article your audience will understand and enjoy.
Running the Meeting that Works. A 3-hour course to
help you get the most out of meetings. You'll learn what has to happen before a meeting, how to set an agenda, keeping the
meeting in motion, and how to handle difficult participants.
Problem Solving for Leadership. A one-, two- or three-day
course geared to help mid-level and senior-level management combine analytical thinking with a practical approach to solving
problems. Course will be customized to your specificatons.
Bad News: Giving It, Getting It, and Surviving It. In today's business environment,
a supervisor has to know how to deliver bad news without demoralizing the entire department. Whether it's a layoff or a negative
performance review, a product recall or a poor stock report, every manager needs to know how to handle delivering bad
news, handling employee concerns and rebuilding a team.
